Our monitoring systems track network usage and alert our staff in the event of any outage or suspicious activity. Management Reports
We provide access to a variety of real-time reports on our Customer Web Portal that help you manage and understand your business network usage. Reports such as “Network Status”, "Top Websites" and "Top Bandwidth Users" help you quickly identify problem areas, enabling you to reduce non-essential network usage and maximize performance and security.
Once our systems determine there is a potential problem, all of the related information is combined and presented to a security analyst whose job it is to investigate the event and determine if the threat is real or not. If the incident is determined to be a problem, we immediately contact you or your designated systems administrator to resolve the issue.
